Hydraulic Engineer/Project Manager

Titan Incorporated is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom-made functional test stands for major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to the Off Highway and Fluid Power markets. Accelerated growth has created the need for a Hydraulic Engineer/Project Manager.

We are looking for an individual to lead the design and manufacture of Mechanical Hydraulic test systems. This is a "hands on" high visibility position where both hydraulic engineering and project management skills are critical.

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in designing, building and installing custom engineered systems in an industrial manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years demonstrated hydraulic design experience building custom engineered systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to oversee and control costs within a budget
• Project management experience using Microsoft Project
• Good communication and people skills with technical and non-technical people
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
